National Conference on Impact of Environmental Changes on Indian Ecosystems (IEIE-2017)
To change is the nature of environment. To resist and acclimatize according to change is the flexibility of ecosystem. Any sudden and unnatural change in any component of environment affects the efficiency and output of the ecosystem. The impact of such changes might be very harmful and can even be lethal for live component of the ecosystems. Sudden and unwanted changes caused mainly by human activities (various pollutions) adversely affect all life forms on the globe and hugely impact ecosystems from micro to macro levels. A careful analysis of impact caused by environmental changes will help to devise new strategies, designing and enforcement of policies, rectification through avoidance or genetic approaches, remediation of water and soils and last but not the least maintenance of sustenance of globes’ ecosystems and life. The present conference therefore, targets key issues directly associated with inhabitants of the earth as well as composition of non-living matters and their interactions. Basic and applied research done in the field on the following themes would be at the centre stage.
